The measuring software ThomControl is ideally suited for the modernization of your older measuring machines. ThomControl convinces by simplest operation and highest ease of use. An extensive graphical support allows even untrained operators to measure efficiently and time-saving after a few days. With the Teach-In procedure, measuring programs can be taught in by means of a joystick. On a CAD model the elements can be clicked directly and measured automatically. The measuring program is written in the background. CNC probing strategies are available for all elements, which are visually displayed and can be configured as required. ThomControl is based on the I++ DME communication interface and can be used with all hardware components that support this interface. This makes the modernization (RETROFIT) of old measuring machines of any manufacturer very cost efficient.

The measuring software ThomControl is particularly suitable if the operator has to solve his measuring tasks easily and quickly. ThomControl offers here a flexible and inexpensive solution for the modernization of your coordinate measuring machine. For example, you can select any geometric elements via the CAD file by mouse click and measure them automatically. The software suggests a measuring strategy and displays the traverse paths graphically The measuring strategy suggested by ThomControl can be changed as required. 2 day on-site training for the measurement software ThomControl.

The cost of the basic package amounts to € 18,990.00 plus travel and hotel costs and expenses and plus the statutory value-added tax.

If additional repair work or spare parts are required, these will be invoiced at cost.

Requirements of your CNC measuring machine:

The CNC measuring machine has a Renishaw touch probe system.

The CNC measuring machine has Renishaw digital scales.

The CNC measuring machine is mechanically fully functional. The scales and the touch probe are fully functional.

The travels of the CNC measuring machine are equal to or less than X-850, Y-650, Z-550.
